Introduction

Mainstream Gold Self-Awareness Solutions essentially offers a pathway to greater inner alignment — The Gold Miner’s Path — centered on The Core Perspective. The path lies within and is revealed through the interactive experience Mine the Gold Within. Explore, if you are ready and willing to do some digging!

The offerings of Mainstream Gold Self-Awareness Solutions provide a steady presence, serving as a source of support for those who can envision a world where we naturally turn inward for guidance. Imagine the wonderful possibilities that unfold when the gold within each of us is allowed to shine—for all to experience and enjoy.

My inner journey began with fostering deeper self-awareness while raising children. This awareness is key to truly seeing and appreciating our essential needs. With this insight,  it is possible to fully enjoy and nurture our true essence. Children are such gifts, being closer to their inner core and true essence, naturally radiating joy, and less influenced by patterns formed by outside pressures—patterns that, if left unchecked, lead us away from our authentic self.

Over time, my focus expanded to include introspection in daily interactions with people of all ages—something that is truly invaluable. The Core Perspective – A Framework for Self-Discovery and Self-Awareness Tools reflect this growth and expansive view. An overview of the framework and tools is available in the Mine the Gold Within Preview Circular.

Mission Statement

Empowering individuals to mine the gold within and reconnect with their true essence, fostering vibrancy and ease. Whether seeking deeper introspection and energy renewal, or a way to navigate life’s storms, The Core Perspective framework for self-discovery supports alignment with our inner core, nurtures sensory harmony, and cultivates the serenity of balance and clarity—essentials for thriving in everyday life.

Vision Statement

To cultivate a global community of mindful individuals who embrace self-awareness and self-care, unlocking their full potential. Recognizing that by cultivating the innate wisdom of core values and all human senses, we are laying the foundation for experiencing higher ideals, deeper fulfillment, and empowering future generations to truly thrive.

Guiding Principles:

  1. Reveal Your True Essence:
Every individual holds innate value and potential, which can be revealed through self-awareness and self-care. The gold within is already present, and through an inner focus, it is brought to light, resulting in greater clarity, ease, and vibrancy, along with a natural alignment of all the senses, often referred to as common sense.
  2. Embrace Continuous Growth:
Self-discovery is a lifelong journey. By engaging in ongoing introspection and learning, we continue evolving, finding deeper meaning, and achieving greater fulfillment—strengthening our inner compass and connection to core values and common sense.
  3. Mind, Body, and Soul in Harmony:
Aligning all aspects of ourselves leads to a balanced, harmonious, and empowered life. Through introspection and mindfulness, we create unity between our mind, body, and soul—nurturing relationships, especially with children, and fostering a natural sense of balance in all areas of life.
  4. Growth through Introspection:
Utilizing a framework for self-discovery along with tools for systematic learning and inner growth—both alone and with others—fosters meaningful personal development, deepened connection to our true essence, and joyous interactions with younger generations, all grounded in the inherent wisdom of core values and common sense.
  5. Authenticity and Core Values:
Encouraging individuals to align with solid core values. The framework uses 29 intuitively chosen values to help us find balance and live in alignment with our true essence—a steady inner compass that always points toward our authentic path, reflecting the natural harmony and balance of all human senses.
  6. Self-Care:
Encouraging practices that nurture the intricate interplay of the body, mind, soul, and spirit, creating balance and inner strength—which is vital in fostering healthy environments for children, ourselves, and the world at large, guided by core values and common sense.

Key Messages:

  1. True Essence:
Everyone has an innate essence that can be revealed through self-awareness and self-care. This process is crucial for nurturing the needs of children and staying aligned with our own core, guided by common sense.
  2. Reveal & Shine:
The value within us is innate, waiting to be revealed through an inner focus. This inner clarity helps illuminate our own path and provides a beacon for younger generations—helping them cultivate their own core, along with their common sense and potential.
  3. Higher Purpose:
By striving toward higher ideals and self-knowledge, we access deeper personal fulfillment and clarity, essential in guiding children toward their authentic selves and fostering a connection with the inherent wisdom of core values and common sense.
  4. Self-Awareness:
The journey inward fosters personal growth and emotional intelligence, opening pathways to external success and enriching interactions with children, as well as aligning with core values and common sense in all decisions.
  5. Harmony and Peace:
Aligning the mind, body, and soul creates balance, inner strength, and peace—fostering a nurturing space for all, particularly children, while maintaining the natural harmony reflected in common sense.
  6. Transformational Change:
The changes we make internally—through self-awareness and self-care—reflect in our external world, revealing the gold within and positively influencing those around us, as core values and common sense guide us to live in alignment with our true essence.
  7. Interactive Experience:
Self-discovery is enhanced through both personal introspection and meaningful interaction with others, especially in fostering connections with children, where the balance of all senses naturally comes into play.
  8. Ongoing Journey:
Self-discovery and growth is an ever-evolving process that leads to deeper personal fulfillment, ease, and vibrancy, impacting generations to come and promoting a lifelong connection to core values and common sense.

The Journey of Becoming – At One With the Core

Mainstream Gold Self-Awareness Solutions offers a unique journey of self-discovery—bringing together the pure presence of the mystic and the transformative power of the alchemist. Through pure presence, transmutation, and transformation, it provides a framework, tools and resources for those ready to mine the gold within.

    The Mystic–Alchemist Duality

Duality is the dance of two distinct yet complementary forces—each holding a truth the other fulfills.
The mystic rests in being; the alchemist moves through becoming. Together, they reflect wholeness: essence and evolution in harmony.

    The Stance of the Mystic

To enter the realm of the mystic is to rest in essence—attuned to the eternal, with a desire to serve from the heart.

    Core qualities include:

    • Stillness, peacefulness, and spaciousness
    • A felt sense of oneness—choosing union over separation
    • A direct connection with source, soul, or true essence
    • Depth perception—the ability to see deeper meaning beneath the surface
    • Deep compassion with gentle detachment from drama and outcomes
    • A reverence for the unseen, the subtle, and the eternal

    The Embodiment of the Alchemist

To enter the realm of the alchemist is to engage with honesty and curiosity—revealing true essence and allowing transformation to unfold. The alchemist works with inner substance, transmuting what is dense or limiting so that transformation can arise naturally throughout the whole self.

    Core actions include:

    • Transmutation—changing the nature of something into a more refined, elevated, or functional form
    • Transformation—allowing new forms of being to emerge through inner shifting
    • Conscious engagement—actively working with resistance, ingrained patterns, and the unknown
    • Trusting the unfolding—allowing change through inner alignment

The Qualities of a Systematic Framework

Mainstream Gold Self-Awareness Solutions invites us to meet our own depth through systematic introspection, revealing a pathway to inner clarity, harmonious balance, and lasting ease.

As our inner core strengthens and presence deepens, mystic qualities naturally arise more often, and the alchemist’s active engagement becomes less obvious. Transformation shifts from effort to ease—less about working through, more about allowing what is true to shine.

Meeting this framework is an encounter with a living, coded field—a resonant design of symbols and meaning that speaks to both mind and soul. It invites us inward, activates a remembrance of who we are deep down, and guides us to reveal our true essence—a natural harmony reflected as common sense, where all inner senses align.

The process of mining the gold within supports both stillness and movement, presence and growth. It honors both the mystic and the alchemist in all of us.

    Arrival – A Renewed Beginning

As patterns dissolve and the energy of the core expands, we naturally arrive at the nucleus—the still point of our being. Here, awareness rests in quiet strength, and energy radiates outward as ease.

At this depth, arrival is both a culmination and an opening. Alignment is steady, essence is clear, and ease flows naturally. Our inner foundation is embodied, the pressure of imbalance lifts, and we trust the unfolding as we remain open to receive.

As our connection to this still point deepens, it becomes not a fleeting experience but a natural way of being. Life shifts from feeling like an endless push to a graceful rhythm, and in that rhythm, the unfolding is smooth.

Fulfillment moves from wanting to revealing—from the mind’s grasping to the soul’s quiet knowing. Resting in the nucleus, we discover that what radiates outward is simply a reflection of the harmony within.

    An Invitation

Mainstream Gold Self-Awareness Solutions offers a steady presence for anyone drawn to deeper self-awareness. There is no schedule to keep and nothing to join. When the time feels right, explore at your own pace. The tools are simply here, ready to support your own unfolding.

May your essence, presence, and radiance guide a journey uniquely yours.

Back to the Core Within Guidance Cards Q&A (9)
b

REFRESHING, RE-ENERGIZING & RENEWING!

Refine your true nature through the knowing of children and the knowing within.

Creating space for children  –  Creates space for yourself

Giving time to children  –  Gives time to yourself

Believing in a child’s inner guidance – Allows you to believe in yourself

Know yourself, be true to yourself and trust in the unfolding.

Early on as I looked inward I opened up to an energy that carried with it a new way of seeing things for myself. I especially saw my two children differently, they were under the age of 7. This new way is the understanding that we all have our own “energetic” internal guidance system at our core.  Children need to remain self-aware and core-focused.  They need to remain connected, in a balanced way, to their own core within to live happy, healthy and meaningful lives and to fulfill their destiny or potential, as do the adults in their lives.  The desire to share my own personal discovery that could be the most easily understood and applied in daily life brought about the creation of these guidance cards. In particular these cards always point you in the direction of your core within in order to help root out thought and behavioral patterns that are no longer serving you. In the process you are able to open up, clear and deepen your inner core to allow for the  healthy and balanced flow of life force energy along with increased true clarity. The cards also empower you to open your heart to an enhanced approach when “seeing” yourself and others.

The Core-Focused Renewal System which includes the three additional tools:   Back to the Basics Guide to Energy Awareness, Back to the Basics Workbook for Energy Renewal, Back to the Basics Workbook for Core-Creating,  is designed as an added supportive process for conscious energy balancing, core-focused renewal and core-creativity and manifestation. I have embraced this  “knowing”/understanding and continue to “tune in” and support  my own inner guidance system, as well as, the inner guidance systems of others. I have become aware that it is much easier to support a child’s balanced internal guidance system from the beginning than it is to observe a child struggle, a teenager rebel or an adult suffer! The beautiful and creative pictures that you see on every card were drawn by three children throughout their childhood from one very generous family in North Vancouver. I thank them so very much.

One Way to begin.  Creating space for yourself and others: Sit quietly and take some slow deep breaths.  This helps you to connect with your senses or energy body or core within and brings more self-awareness into all situations. Gently shuffle the deck and ask Source energy (above and below and surrounding) in your own words for a message that you could use in the present moment for your highest good. Draw a card and interpret the message, learning to respond rather than react to any situation. Remember as energy patterns come up for you or surface regarding an issue, see this as a positive and focus on clearing this “heavy” energy from your system.  Try not to judge the feelings that may arise, but rather focus on owning them, dissipating/clearing them and letting them go with appreciation and acceptance. In turn invite a higher vibrational energy filled with new insights  to fill this newly created space.  A higher level of consciousness, true clarity and action will begin to take shape. Focus on your energy body or subtle body and breathe into any shift that you have just created with appreciation and acceptance. Remember that self-awareness/core-consciousness or a conscious awareness of your energy body inside and out is your natural state so it will only get smoother and easier to develop an understanding and creating strong connections.

Enjoy. As you continue to tune inward and notice the connections and interconnections that abound you will begin to see and feel some great results. As you develop the pattern of turning your focus inward it is useful to engage the entire Core-Focused Renewal System.  I also recommend playing The Core Perspective – Game of Substance and reading The Core Perspective – A Still Point Of View. The goal of the game is to open the door to core consciousness in a fun and interesting way.  I also recommend undertaking The 30 Day Inner Alignment (I.A.) Challenge if you wish to accelerate the experience of energy renewal and its effects.

These supportive products and more may be found in Mainstream’s Inner Beauty Shop.

Dear Fellow Seekers,

One of the most important things that we can do for ourselves and for children is to allow children to be themselves. In doing so children REMAIN connected to their core within and we in turn get brought back closer to our own.

It is the intention of these Guidance Cards to provide daily affirmations that will encourage and inspire us to connect with the wealth of “knowingness” that lies at our core. That this connection brings abundance into our daily lives including: Energy, a sense of personal well-being, clarity, balance, growth & power. Above all it brings with it a sense of great joy & appreciation for children and a deeper connection to life itself.

Draw support from these Guidance Cards as you reconnect with the “knowingness” that lies at your core. As you allow more “feeling” into your life you will soon rediscover that you are much more than what you “think” you are. Take some deep breaths as you witness the “miracles” that will begin to unfold for you right before your very eyes.

Feel free…

Most definitely.  The guidance cards are dedicated to life force energy, the core within and the beauty of children. The energy of the cards is of the core within.  Even though you may not be protecting the core within of the children around you, you can protect and develop your own.  Your core within is pure as well.  If you have developed patterns of thought and behavior that are no longer serving you, these cards help you to dissipate these patterns.

As an example, card 57 is especially helpful to select when you are going through a lot of change.  It provides reassurance that all is well in the present moment even though you may be feeling uneasy.  The cards, just like the other Core Perspective Tools, are all focused on developing the connection to our core within and protecting the core within of the children. Commitment to the process is the key.

It is up to you how long you use the cards in your daily life.  As you become more in tune with your energy body you will find that you will need them less often.  Even if you take a break from them it is very refreshing to refer to the cards once again.  They will always point you in the direction of your core within, your heart, and keep the connection with your “inner child” alive.

I recommend using the cards every day. They only take a moment to read, but they help you to connect with your core energy flow each and every time.  The cards keep on giving no matter how many times they are drawn.

Today, as I sat in the sunshine I went within myself looking for some answers to a challenge that has been with me for a very long time.  I sat with the process for approximately 40 minutes, within that time period a lot of things came up for me to look at.  I was able to feel the heavy energy shift and clear it out.  A couple of hours later I wondered what card I would have drawn for myself to work on today.

I drew a card and this is the card —— Front: As I develop more clarity & peace of mind for myself, I inspire the children in my life to do the same…..Back: As I go within for answers I realize that this is where I receive my true guidance and clarity.  I realize that as I continue to look inward I am offering this option to the children in my life as well.  I realize that children will naturally embrace this inward approach as they observe my own behavior.

I can testify that these guidance cards are exceptional, for the challenge that I was working on this afternoon was to do with myself and my children. I will now use them everyday as I have been shown how important they really are to those who are looking inward.

What a great accomplishment!  Grounding spirit into the physical realm through these cards and these ideas…..I love it.

I have been using the Guidance Cards a lot lately.  Helps me to maintain my integrity and kindness while managing issues that push at my patience.

It often feels “strange” when you are altering deep rooted patterns of thought and behavior.  Just breath into these feelings and trust that a shift towards center is being created along with protecting the center of your chldren.

THE 2 KEYS
For unlocking and fulfilling individual potentials

Self-Awareness and Self-Care

Gift these keys to yourself and to others…

Know yourself, believe in yourself, be true to yourself…

These expressions are often used to uplift and to empower, but have you ever considered who self truly is, or what self truly means? The self can be seen as a person’s essential being, soul, energy body or true essence. The self is especially considered as the object of introspection (the act of looking within oneself). Experience your core within where life force energy and Divine wisdom flows abundantly and with ease, more specifically known as the gold within. Deepening self-awareness or core consciousness is a natural process and creates the foundation for health and well-being, growth and expansion and for being love. This foundation within sets the tone for energy renewal, depth perception and for growing into a person of substance (the infinite aspect of the core; substantial or solid character or quality).

Energy balancing is a key to renewal. Consistently seek and refine balance within at ever deepening levels. Dissipating patterns of thought and behavior that arise, no longer serve, are creating blocks and hindering a full connection to the self is another key. As we focus on engaging these keys to renewal we are able to uplift and empower ourselves on an ongoing basis no matter our circumstances.

In order that being love becomes an integral part of everyday life it is best to begin at an early age. Luckily being love is an innate quality known to us and need only be called forth in order to express its radiance. To have and to hold this radiance and to amplify its effects takes a conscious and consistent commitment to self-awareness and self-care.

The body, mind and soul must be in sync and in a state of renewal in order that we may experience oneness and all of the beauty and power that this entails.  This can not be bought, sold or exchanged it must come from within.

Have you ever considered what all great wisdom teachings have in common? The commonality is that we are conscious of how we are feeling in the present moment.

When our focus is turned inward and to feelings of goodness we are engaging the process and the experience of aligning to our core within. It is from this deep place within where we are able to truly thrive.

When we focus on feelings of goodness we become more as a result not less. The more we focus on these feelings, the more fun we have, the more we grow and the better everything gets … inside and out!

The Core-Perspective – Game of Substance offers an opportunity to directly experience how 29 solid core values can expand the space within where we feel goodness more often and with more ease. The Core-Focused Renewal System takes this experience into everyday life using these same 29 solid core values.

I hear and I forget. I see and I remember.
I do and I understand. –Chinese proverb

Yes..

I honor the place in you that is the same in me.

I honor the place in you where the whole universe resides.

I honor the place in you of love, of light, of peace & truth.

I honor the place in you that is the same in me.

There is but one…

The final frontier is the space within…

The Encompass symbolizes a clear sense of direction and a clear path to follow for all those who are “tuning inward” and seeking self-awareness. The outer ring consisting of the letters M & W symbolizes men and women standing side by side in harmony with each other. Neither one controlling the other, thus they both have minds and beings of their own. They are connected solely by a bond of love. This bond of love establishes a ring of protection and love around the children so that they may be nurtured, supported and guided. The C in the center of the Encompass represents the children. In the eyes of the children, the “grown ups” are their universe. Loving adults allow children to consciously nurture, develop and enjoy their natural true loving natures. The strength and depth of this ring instills confidence in all. As men and women learn to live in harmony and equality first and foremost it not only provides a model for the children, it expands our understanding of the term to love. As we bring this expanded awareness of love into our daily lives it automatically opens the door to deeper insights and a heightened awareness of “all that is”. The Encompass reflects this unfolding. The C is created by the eclipse of the sun. The center of the Encompass, therefore, represents the universe….the sun, the moon and a star. We now begin to realize that we are all connected and we begin to feel a great sense of purpose. With a renewed sense of purpose, we begin to realize that “tuning inward” is where we develop our higher levels of awareness, or what has been termed as “hidden knowledge”. The encompass reflects this further unfolding…..the sun, the moon and the star now represents the third eye. Once you arrive at the realization that full sight is comprised of physical sight as well as insight you are well on your way along the path of self-awareness. The art of developing “true sight”, although challenging, is very empowering, fulfilling and exciting. You begin to develop a greater sense of understanding and acceptance of “all that is”. As each and every one of us seeks higher levels of self-awareness & core consciousness the Encompass represents global health as we all shine in our own way.

Men and women together with love and with minds of their own create the miracle of insight.  The power of insight is a reflection of the strength of the individual.

Philosophy

Authentic human beings are naturally using their connection to all that is good. This goodness dwells at the center of each and every one of us. To strengthen and enhance your own connection, listen to your inner voice for guidance. In doing so, you will enable yourself to create a life that you love, filled with happiness, joy and abundance.

Intention

The intention of the InnerSphere pendant is to symbolize this philosophy and to be a supportive symbol as one shifts towards  self-awareness and understanding. Let the InnerSphere be a reminder and a motivator to always believe in yourself.

The 30 Day Inner Alignment Challenge Q&A (11)
b

As quoted from the I.A. Questionnaire: Inner alignment (our personal energetic balance and level of connection) is based on the following premise:  The core is the central, innermost, essential, foundational part of all life.  The energy of the core is pure, infinite, bright and vibrant.  The energy of the core is infused with a knowing of solid core values.  It is the place within. A consistent focus on your inner core for 30 days using the 4 self-awareness tools of the Core-Focused Renewal System will create a noticeable shift in consciousness. You will develop a sense and an understanding of how your energy is flowing, renewing and balancing.  You will also develop depth perception or extra sensory perception and get glimpses into the world of conscious manifestation.

To view the details of the challenge please request the pdf that describes the challenge in full detail in The Inner Beauty Shop.

Oneness is actually an experience that is priceless and beyond words.  It is like a sense of pure flow within.  A knowing that the connection to your core within is solid and smooth flowing.  A knowing that all is well in the present moment.  A knowing that you have reached a depth level that makes you whole and undivided.  It is an experience that is well worth the effort of self-discovery.

The “new world” challenges us to be conscious of how we are engaging our energy.  Are you focusing your energy towards what you want or what you don’t want?  When you feel negative emotion you are focusing your energy towards what you don’t want.  This focus amplifies your vibration of what you don’t want and you will attract more of this to you.  When you feel positive emotion you are focusing your energy towards what you want.  This focus amplifies the vibration of what you do want and you will attract more of this to you. Our inner guidance system speaks to us by how we feel in the present moment.  Our inner guidance system is our inner core.  The stronger and clearer our inner core, the more precise is our inner guidance system.  Our true clarity and response time to all circumstances increases exponentially along with our level of core consciousness.  Challenge yourself to be more core conscious and allow what you do want to flow into your experience with more ease.

It is recommended that you undertake the 30 Day Inner Alignment Challenge.  As quoted from the I.A. questionnaire: A consistent focus on your inner core for 30 days will create a noticeable shift in consciousness of how your energy is flowing, renewing and balancing.

One round of the 30 Day Inner Alignment Challenge consists of 5 challenges.  This takes a minimum 5 months to complete.  My first round of 5 challenges was completed August 10/21. I found that I was highly motivated to complete the 5 challenges. I prepared for my 6th challenge (which is actually challenge 1 of round two) shortly after round one was finished.  I found that revisiting challenge 1 at this time, to be very interesting and enlightening.  As of July 9, 2025 I prepared for challenge 3 of round four.  As I write this it is August 2026 and I have not undertaken this 3rd challenge yet.  I am not sure why, but I have not felt a need to do so.  It remains open to begin when I feel called to do so.

In conclusion,  the first round of 5 challenges does build quite a bit of momentum towards deeper self-awareness and energy renewal and how this will “show up”/manifest in your life, will  reveal itself over time.  Embarking on round 2 of the challenges will begin if and when you feel a need for more momentum.

Yes, stepping into the less known will always cause your energy body to move towards increased balance and expansion.  Take notice of any movements that you can feel and/or any changes that may begin to manifest in your life to confirm the shift.  This focus can become quite fun.

Inner space is essential because looking inward—at any level—is what brings clarity, balance, and meaning. But the deeper we go, the more foundational our discoveries become. At the core within, we find our true essence—the most essential part of who we are.

To be love is to be fully engaging your own core within.  Believe in yourself, know yourself, be true to yourself.  You are ultimately responsible for your own happiness.

Shifting the energy of dense patterns can be overwhelming, even if the tools are being used. Sometimes it can feel like a spiraling downward rather than being uplifted. Sometimes it seems to be getting worse before it gets better. Old/dense patterns are often hard to overcome, but not impossible.  They are challenging to see clearly and to dissipate.  The key is to never give up.  When the pattern comes up to test you try to use your clarity about what core values to amplify instead of falling into the pattern.

For example do you need courage, perseverance, insightfulness or openness to dissipate this pattern and clear this block?  As you tune into these values don’t forget to breathe deeply.  I also recommend turning to the guide and reading the other qualities of the particular energy sphere that these core values are pointing to.  The key is to not give this pattern any energy.  Hold onto the knowing that continued practice of this approach will slowly but surely dissipate this pattern and clear the block.  This will open up more space for a renewed flow of energy.  The energy of the core.  And yes, sometimes it does feel like it is getting worse before it gets better.  Patterns want to make sure that they are not needed anymore or that you can see them clearly.  They too have a life especially if they have been used for a long time.  The other quote to think about is “it is always darkest before the dawn”.  Good luck and let me know if you need more clarity.  Clearing blocks is always worth any effort!.

All things, as they are happening, are happening in perfect order. And if you will relax and begin saying, “Everything in its perfect time. Everything is unfolding. And I’m enjoying where I am now, in relationship to where I’m going. Content where I am, and eager for more, ” that is the perfect vibrational stance.

When you maintain a focus on your connection within you can “go with your flow” with more ease and less angst.  Better decisions, feelings and self-discoveries are made from this position.  Disconnection implies that you will be looking for things, events, places, and people outside of yourself to make you happy or to make decisions for you.  This disconnection makes you powerless in the long run and frustrated in the short run.  So ask yourself why do we wish to stay disconnected?  What is in a disconnected state?  A state of disconnection is often more familiar…

To be love is to connect us to our inner core where we may find ease and vibrancy.  This place within is where true peace and freedom is found.

The Core Perspective - A Still Point Of View Q&A (3)
b

This category is specifically to address any comments or questions pertaining to the contents of the book. The book reflects my personal discoveries and truths attained over the past 20+ years, as I developed and continue to develop a core focus in everyday life. The book celebrates the greatness of the human spirit, that is always finding ways to support authenticity at ever deepening levels. Authenticity helps each and every one of us meet our own personal challenges in our everyday lives with more ease. It is recommended that this book be used as a reference point as with each reading more true clarity is gained.

When you are involved in relationships, acceptance is the key in the present moment. For example a person with a lot of soul connection, but who lacks in personality may be more subdued. Enjoy the goodness and stability.  A person with less depth or soul connection, but who has much personality may not be as subdued and stable, but will exude much spirit. Accept less stability and enjoy the verve. Conscious awareness leads to acceptance.  Acceptance itself can lead to positive growth. Resistance/power struggles leads to dis-ease and depletion. Trust in the unfolding that your acceptance will bring. Know that you will be working with the Universal Law of Engagement and how this will manifest is beyond your control, but trust in the knowing that it will be for the highest good of all. The key is to focus on engagement not perfection.

How engaged are the individuals in their own life and in their own being? How awake are they?  How does their own balance affect yours?  Are you at a compatible level of engagement with each other in order to create a harmonic balance together?

A broader perspective is used to describe a situation that is seen from a more inclusive point of view.  It refers to being able to see a bigger picture from a place of stillness.  Accepting different perspectives ensures that we are always exposed to new ideas and creates space for innovation.

The Core Perspective - Game Of Substance Facilitation Q&A (4)
b
The Facilitation consists of a 9 page (pdf) document (the booklet is 42 pages) that allows players to take the game a step further. It puts the game into context and accelerates the experience of the enlivenment of core consciousness.  The facilitated games require one person to lead the facilitation and are intended for those who have played the game many times and would like to go deeper into what the game has to offer.  Facilitated games also build a bridge to The Core-Focused Renewal System.  These two Self-Awareness Tools compliment each other. The tools both use an experiential approach to personal energy awareness and renewal and ensure a systematic awakening to your own true essence.

The document includes a brief description of the following as it relates to the game: Energy flow, Stillness, Movement, Support, Depth levels and Vibrational frequency.  It also includes:  A self-guided inner journey founded on The Core Perspective, 4 Exercises related to: Residing in the stillness of your core within, Patterns, Insights and Motivation It also incudes: A Score Sheet and Game Reflection, A Space for further observations. Recommendations on how to maximize your own facilitation skills…a win/win for all. To receive the Facilitation document please request the pdf in The Inner Beauty Shop.  The Facilitation Booklet may be found there as well.

In the game if you land on an insight you receive varying degrees of clarity.  How do we land on/connect with an insight in everyday life?  To do this we just need to tune inward, to look at ourselves, to listen to our inner voice, to engage ourselves, in order to receive insights that are always available to us.  As you receive insights you are developing more clarity in varying degrees for yourself.  In the game insights appear as the eye along the path of the spiral.  insights are assigned different clarity levels from 1 to 3.  Level 3 being  a breakthrough level. True clarity level is the key.  Your clarity level is reduced by the number of patterns currently in your vibrational mix that no longer serve you.  These patterns are creating energy blocks of varying density levels (1, 2 or 3) just waiting to be dissipated and cleared.

As your true clarity levels increase you are rewarded with growing depth perception or in other words growing extra sensory perception (ESP).  The reward of ESP is well worth the effort it takes to receive it.  This process is referred to as being enlightened or being illuminated. You are also rewarded by being able to sustain the experience of Oneness that is available within the flow of core consciousness.

A high level of true clarity plays a large role in attaining a high substance level during the game.  These gifts of clarity are often referred to as the “clair gifts”:  claircognizance-clear knowing, clairvoyance – clear seeing, clairaudience – clear hearing, clairescence – clear smelling, clairgustance- clear tasting, clairsentience – clear feeling.

The following are examples of insights received and the resulting clarity gained:

I  see that I am unique so I know to respect my own space and the space of others. I see that my happiness is a choice so I know not try to control the behavior of others in order to find happiness. Expressing my personal truths is an important part of the process.  I see that power struggles are lose, lose so I will always find another way to interrelate with others.  Creating space is often the solution in the short term and perhaps the long term.  I see a person wearing a “mask” and not being real.  I know that their energy system will be compromised and so will  their views.  I try not to get blindsided by not seeing this aspect.  I see a dense energy block in another person and I know why I feel stifled or disturbed. I see the ease of the situation and I realize why I feel expansive and hopeful. I give thanks for this blessing. I see that we are opposites so I know to create more space between us with a focus on creating more ease. I see how my actions are affecting another and I make adjustments to bring situations closer towards balance. I  see my desires manifesting before my very eyes and this increases my trust and acceptance of the unfolding. I see that I need to dissipate/clear a few patterns of behavior within myself as I can’t feel my way forward as easily as I have before.

There are many, many patterns of thought and behavior that exist in our daily lives that if left unchecked create energy blocks, reduce our true clarity levels and the flow in our lives. They consistently erode our self-confidence, disconnect us from our center and develop a sense of being lost, or wondering what life is all about. They can be referred to as unconscious or conscious ways of thinking and/or doing something or “fear” patterns. In the game they are referred to as patterns of thought and behavior that no longer serve us. If left unchecked for long periods of time, perhaps generations, these patterns become known as chronic and can create very dense energy blocks within your system.  These patterns are not who we truly are deep down inside.  They are not our true essence.

The game has patterns with density levels of 1-3 representing the differing longevity of the patterns.  Overlapping the density number is written the core value(s) that is/are needed to connect with in order to disconnect with this pattern and to dissipate/clear the block.  Once dissipated/cleared, your true clarity level increases along with your depth and smooth energy flow.  The following is a list of 50 common fear/controlling patterns that many people can relate to or have observed in others.  These patterns are best to be reflected upon and dissipated/cleared on a regular basis, opening the door for the new and expansive to enter and to take hold.

controlling, lying, over achieving, under achieving, over eating, trying to be somebody you are not, pleasing others at your own expense, greed, short sighted thinking, pleasing yourself at other’s expense, spending beyond your means, polluting the environment, resisting change, criticizing others, blaming others/complaining, not taking responsibility for your actions/being a victim, thinking that your way is always right, worrying, living in the past or future, justifying bad behavior, tuning out using drugs, turning a blind eye, judging others, believing everything that you hear, projecting onto others, stereotyping, remaining in your comfort zone, living through others, self-criticism, self-defeating talk, making the same mistake over and over and expecting a different outcome, being cruel to others, being angry throughout the day, speaking over others, tuning out and pretending to listen, reacting rather than responding, putting work first before children, seeing children as possessions, doing the same thing, but looking for a different outcome, taking advantage of others who are vulnerable, pushing “your weight around”, thinking that your reality is all there is, not taking your own advice, thinking that saying “do what I say, not what I do” is effective, stubbornness at the expense of others, thinking that children should be seen and not heard, thinking that you are not an eternal being, thinking that others are more important than you are, listening to others rather than your inner voice.

Three examples to consider: Patterns with density levels of 3 that remain in your vibrational mix: Pattern: Pleasing yourself at the expense of others.  In order to clear the energy block that this pattern of thought and behavior has created you may need to amplify/connect with the following 3 core values in order to have the block dissipated and cleared: Insightfulness, Kindness, Personal truths  Pattern: Thinking that children should be seen and not heard Core Values needed to clear it: Patience, Insightfulness, Appreciation Pattern: Projecting onto others: Courage, Allowing, Respectfulness

Welcome. Firstly let’s acknowledge the energy that is coming into play as you turn your focus inward and towards the Game Of Substance.

Now let’s focus on energy flow

As quoted from the Back to the Basics Guide to Energy Awareness:

The depth of knowledge and understanding of the physical body and the energy body is limitless, but even a basic awareness of both can enhance your life greatly. The overall concept to be aware of is that your “system” is governed by homeostasis (a natural regulator that seeks a stable, constant condition, equilibrium and balance on a moment-to-moment basis). (page 3)

Energy is the vital force in the body. For life to flow freely, energy must flow freely. All energy is one, and within the one, there are many different forms. Energy moves through the three relationships of positive, negative and neutral phases. These phases arise naturally and spontaneously. Movement supports stillness and stillness supports movement.

Now let’s focus on stillness

The stillness within motion is the place where you both begin and go back to, and at the games end, to rest. It is your center, your home position, where you deepen your connection to the flow of core consciousness and build your core level foundation. Your home position holds the vibrational frequency known as the natural tuning of the universe. It is peaceful, harmonious and healing. Your center is a glorious place to be and is yours to build, sustain and enjoy.

Now let’s focus on movement

Throughout your journey along the spiralling path of your core within, you will encounter both “positives” and “negatives” and you will turn to the place of stillness through the freedom to choose your focus. As you choose more often than not to turn to your core within, you will rediscover that the deeper part of you is love, and is at one with the core.

As quoted from The Core Perspective – A Still Point of View:

The spiral is a sacred symbol that reflects the pattern of growth and evolution that emanates from the core. The core is love. Be love. (page 23)

Now let’s focus on support

The Core Perspective offers up a practical framework to support your free flowing energy body which includes your strong, deep and clear center by consciously engaging with 29 solid core values in a select way in everyday life. The fact sheet included with the game shows the basic energy relationships between your core energy system and these select 29 solid core values.

As quoted from The Core Perspective – A Still Point of View:

The core is the central, innermost, essential foundational part of all life. The energy of the core is pure, infinite, bright and vibrant. The energy of the core is infused with a knowing of solid core values. It is the place within. (page 7)

The flow of life force energy and solid core values go hand in hand. This “match made in heaven” creates a “knowing” system of self-discovery. (page 13)

Excerpt from the Invitation to the Oneness Games

The Core Perspective – Game of Substance is a board game for two to four players, designed to help participants grow and evolve in a balanced, meaningful way by connecting to their inner core—the essential, foundational center of all life. Represented by the spiral, a sacred symbol of growth and evolution, the game guides players on a journey of self-discovery and transformation.

Players begin with their personal energetic template, or inner core, and make choices along the spiral path to deepen their connection to the core’s energy—a pure, vibrant source of infinite love—the essence of solid core values. Along the way, you’ll encounter: Insights: Revelations and breakthroughs that offer clarity and awaken new perspectives. Patterns: Thought and behavioral patterns that no longer serve create energy blocks, disrupt flow, and dull the senses. When encountered, they signal misalignment—yet they also present opportunities for growth and transformation, ready to be dissipated through clarity and aligned core values. Choices: Opportunities to level up by choosing to build energetic depth through a deeper connection to core values. $ Value: Opportunities to build material value while expanding depth perception.

The ultimate goal is to build your substance level, a measure of depth perception and material value combined. This ratio reflects the natural priority of inner growth while building sustainable external success. Through reflection, strategy, and connection, the game reveals the synergy between inner transformation and outer fulfillment. The more you play, the more the game reveals to you. As you evolve, the game evolves with you—offering ever-new insights and a deeper connection to both yourself and the journey.

The core is the central, innermost, essential, foundational part of all life.  The energy of the core is pure, infinite, bright and vibrant and is infused with a knowing of solid core values.  The spiral is a sacred symbol that reflects the pattern of growth and evolution that emanates from the core.  The core is love.  Be love.

The Core Perspective is a game about evolving in a balanced way through the connection to your core within…from the inside out and from the outside in.  Each player begins with an original energetic template, or personal inner core, which holds an energy depth level and value of 1.  As you journey along the path of the spiral, you will be wise to make choices to connect with the energy of the core in order to expand your depth level and value.  As you venture along the path of the spiral you will encounter these choices often.

You will also land on insights that bring valuable levels of clarity and even breakthroughs.  These insights may bring wake up calls and the unexpected.  Along the path you will also encounter blocks to your progress as you land on patterns of thought and behavior that no longer serve you.  Depending on the density levels of these patterns they will slow your growth and expansion to varying degrees.  These patterns may also allow for core consciousness tests and select opportunities, however, that could actually enhance your progress.

You will also be given many opportunities along the way to acquire value $ bills in order to build your material value.  You will soon realize that as you build your depth perception, or energetic depth and true clarity values, your opportunities to build your material value will increase as well, and of course your substance level which is the goal of the game.

Good luck as you embark on your journeys along the path of the spiral, attaining your highest substance levels possible during the duration of the game and discovering “the infinite aspect of the core!

The Core Perspective – Game of substance is a game  that takes the players on a journey within and without along the path of the spiral while  having fun, strategizing and learning how to develop  a strong sense of self. The goal for the players is to gain the highest substance level during the duration of the game.  Substance level as defined in the game is depth perception (energetic depth value multiplied by true clarity value) plus material value. The game allows the players to: Engage 29 values of the core through choice and see how each core value amplifies certain aspects of the self and builds depth when we connect with them. Test their core consciousness or deeper self-awareness through the knowing of these core values and other aspects of their energy body. Work with patterns (thought and behavioral) that they might pick up along the way that are slowing or blocking their progress via choice, clarity and opportunity. Acquire value $ bills and to know how accumulating material value compares to developing depth perception.

The journeys come to an end when one player reaches the final choice along the path of the spiral and decides to rest.  This player will choose to rest if he or she thinks that they have won the game.  The player with the highest substance level at this point wins the game. (If played with partners the winning team will have the highest combined substance level). Total substance level (as defined in the game) equals depth perception (energetic depth value  x  true clarity value) +  material value.

Good luck to all players as you embark on your journeys along the path of the spiral and discover the infinite aspect of the core!

The game has many layers to it and you can get the most out of playing the game if you review the PREPARATIONS before playing, as well as, view the 11 minute YouTube video about The Framework for Self-Discovery.  If you would like a background and overview of the core perspective, reading The Core Perspective – A Still Point of View is also recommended.

Yes you can.  It is very interesting to discover this affinity.  It keeps growing the more you play the game.  It just keeps getting better and better and more interesting with each game played.  It is like the game is alive and is reflecting something about yourself that is different each time.

Your true essence is a knowing of solid core values.     This is who you truly are at your core.     You have an innate (inborn, natural)  deep seated need to stay connected to this place of knowing at all times.  This place is the mainstream of your  life force energy, your solid foundation and your driving force!

The following is a list of the 29 solid core values used in The Core Perspective – A Framework For Self-Discovery:  The definition used for each core value can be found in the Glossary.

appreciation,  insightfulness,  neutrality,   integrity,  respectfulness,   personal  truths,   trustworthiness,   openness,   kindness,   compassion,   empathy,   faithfulness,   fidelity,   honesty,  honor,  understanding,  justice,   perseverance,   resiliency,  flexibility,  allowing,  forgiveness,  releasing,   courage,   personal boundaries,   patience,  humility,  supportiveness,  acceptance

Game of Substance

When you are in the core and it is your turn to roll the dice this has the same connotation as to rise.  If you have a balanced depth level of  one (everyone starts with this level), then when you roll the dice you begin at this level.  The game is sending the message that if you do not have much depth it is much harder to rise above any ego interactions in your surroundings.  If on the other hand you have a balanced depth level of 7, with each roll of the dice you begin on the 7th level.  In other words you are able to rise above any lower level interactions with much more ease and very quickly.

To consciously develop your substance level in everyday life is very important to you on so many levels. The greater your substance level the greater ease and clarity you have…for starters.

The game is both uplifting and a learning tool.  There are many, many laughs during the game.  It is so much fun when you can laugh at yourself while you are learning more about yourself.  It is also fun that everyone is learning about themselves at deeper levels.  It offers an expanded view for everyone.

As with most games, it is most fun to play with others that are at the same level.  The games flow faster and with more ease when this is the case.  The game is more fun for newcomers when a person can facilitate the game.  In other words one person who knows the game well can help others learn the multi dimensional nature of the game at a faster pace and with more ease.  Playing the game with many levels of awareness of the game and/or self-awareness of the individuals is indeed possible and could actually open the door for deeper learning for all.  So all good.

Each time that you play the game you are automatically engaging the energy of your inner core especially if you set the intention to do so.  An expansive inner core deepens your self-awareness, increases your consciousness and connects you to your higher self. A healthy inner core also is the key to the manifestation process or remaining in the receiving mode. Over time if you focus on the energy of your inner core and daily renewal your health and well-being will be enhanced in many ways. The immediate goal could be to have fun, share with others, challenge yourself and to get the highest score.

Yes, when you land on a choice another way to express this is to say that you have experienced some form of pressure. It is at this point that you either choose to go inward and build your depth level (the process of being introspective) and possibly use your clarity, or to keep moving forward along the path of the spiral with your current depth level and clarity intact.  It is at the moment of choice that one may respond or stay neutral to a certain set of circumstances.

Yes, it is more descriptive to so say that a pattern has come up for you or has arisen to be acknowledged and dissipated.  The patterns hold density levels of 1,2, or 3.  This density means that they have been in your system for quite some time.  The patterns indicate what core values are required to dissipate them.  If you already have the core values in your energetic mix you are able to dissipate them with ease.  If you don’t have the core values, the patterns remain in your energetic mix waiting to be dissipated.  You are now conscious of the pattern that no longer serves you and can feel the weight of carrying the pattern around with you.

Experiential is an engaged learning process whereby “students” learn by doing and by reflecting on the experience. Energy awareness and renewal is much more than an intellectual exercise. In order to embody your truths one must be engaged in the learning process.  This is why The Game of Substance and The Core-Focused Renewal System are so effective and are unlimited in what they can offer to the learner.

You can receive much more from the game when you use specific language.  When you are asking the keeper for core value tokens, the following example is a good way to ask:

“I am using my clarity to connect with the core values of kindness and humility in order to dissipate the two blocks that I have.”  You would then hand clarity tokens worth 2 to the keeper along with the corresponding block tokens and the keeper would in turn hand you the core value tokens of kindness and humility – helping to build your depth perception.

Each of the 8 energy spheres have core value attunements.  During the creative process of the game these attunements came to me and resonated with me.  The total of 29 solid core values seemed to be the limit of the attunements.  With this said this is the breakdown: Crown, Brow & Base: 1 core value each, Water: 4 core values, Ether & Earth: 5 core values each, Fire & Air: 6 core values each.  The keeper holds onto 4 tokens of each core value. These core value tokens are only available through using your clarity.

Each of the 8 energy spheres have 30 core value tokens each in total.  If you do the simple math this means that you can connect with the specific core values through choice with different levels of ease.  Crown, Brow & Base: 26 opportunities each, Water: 14 opportunities, Ether & Earth: 10 opportunities each,  Fire & Air: 6 opportunities each.

The game is sending the message that we are able, through choice, to connect with appreciation, acceptance and insightfulness more often than not.  It is also sending the message that we are able to choose in the moment to connect with flexibility, allowing, releasing and forgiveness often as well.  It is also sending the message that the 2 energy spheres of Ether(throat) and Earth (root) are the next available through choice in the moment.  The energy spheres of Air(heart) and Fire(solar plexus) are the 2 spheres where the most clarity/consciousness is required to connect with this energy and this part of who you truly are.

The Core-Focused Renewal System Q&A (26)
b

Self-reflection and energy renewal have many benefits!  The Core-Focused Renewal System is designed to be used often in everyday life and is very user friendly.  Each exercise should take you no more than 20 minutes.  The results that you will experience over time will be well worth the effort.  DON’T FORGET THAT REPETITION IS KEY!  It is encouraged that you try The 30 Day Inner Alignment Challenge.

Intention: Ensuring a systematic awakening to your own true essence.

The Key to Renewal & Self-Mastery: Develop a Strong Core Energetically & Physically.

The Core Perspective offers a Framework for Self-Discovery using specific self-awareness tools. This framework allows for an experiential approach to self-awareness and energy renewal in everyday life. I came upon the awareness that I actually had an energy body in a very extraordinary way over 20 years ago. The realization that this energy actually exists and that it affects how I “see” or perceive things and affects how I feel and what “manifests” or shows up in my life  has caused me to grow in  many different ways.I hope that you will find the core approach for developing deeper self-awareness and the tools and supportive products offered to not only be very useful to you in everyday life, but to be very enjoyable and uplifting as well.

The basics of deep authenticity is core-focused renewal.  In order to invigorate yourself connect with your core consciousness/self-awareness/energy awareness on a regular basis.  When you focus on this connection you are actively supporting the natural process of energy renewal by: “Tapping into” the core of your energy body on a daily basis. Dissipating “dense” energetic blocks that have been created by patterns of thought and behavior that are no longer serving you. Making way for increased flow and balance of your energy body inside and out. It is natural to be self-aware and authentic…to consciously “tune inward”  and connect with  your energy source. It  gets easier yet more essential to actively maintain your integrity or inner truths and to incorporate them into your daily life.  It is learning by doing and believing by thinking, feeling and seeing  for yourself.

THE CORE-FOCUSED RENEWAL SYSTEM

A “knowing” system of tuning inward and looking outward. The Basis of this System: That the flow of life force energy and solid core values go hand in hand. That we come into this life with a “knowing”  at our core, of these values. That the balance and flow of energy determines our own level of health and well-being. The Intent of this System: To rediscover the relationship between life force energy and solid core values. To rediscover your true essence. To believe in yourself. To enjoy your uniqueness. To move into who and what you are becoming…to manifest your destiny. To trust in the unfolding. To support the children in your life to do the same. The Focus of this System: To energetically allow  the root of a current question, issue, problem, challenge, or desire to emerge. To support the natural shifting and realigning of your energy body that will occur as a result. To support the conscious awareness of  this shifting, how it is being reflected in your current level of health and well-being, and how it is being manifested in your current reality.

The Components of this System: Back to the Core Within Guidance Cards – Creating space/openings/expansion  (activating responses rather than reactions). This is the “key ingredient” when interrelating with children.  Interrelating with children involves a high level of “response-ability”. Back to the Basics Guide to Energy Awareness – Creating balance within (activating conscious energy balancing). Working with your body’s natural motivation for balance.  Helping you to consciously understand and to become aware of what you already know. Back to the Basics Workbook for Energy Renewal – Developing depth and inner strength (activating the connection to your driving force and your solid foundation).  Use pressure/growth situations to connect with your core values and your core,  in an effort to keep moving forward in your life in a solid way. Back to the Basics Workbook for Core-Creating Embodying our core as we create – supporting the process of manifesting our heart’s desires)  Use desires that come from your heart to manifest the life of your dreams.  The exercises help you to generate the feelings/vibration of joy in relation to your desires and help you recognise the ways in which you are still in resistance to them.

Any desired shift/change in your outside world begins with a shift/change in your inside world.  When you truly believe this to be true you are on our way to mastering the art of inner alignment.  When you truly know this to be true you are on your way to being goodness personified … to being love … to being at one with the core. Stay self-aware, connected to your true nature and allow energetics to let solutions emerge & desires manifest! Let Core-Focused Renewal heighten all of your senses.

The Key to Renewal & Self-Mastery: Develop a Strong Core inside and out.

Outer Core Muscles: diaphragm, transverse abdominus, multifidus, pelvic floor.

Inner Core Energetics: central channel, elements, chakras/energy centers, oval fields

Inner Core Quality: stillness (equanimity)

Inner Core Essence: knowing (core values)

Inner Core Surroundings: “pink” (Divine Feminine)

Core of the Core Quality: (conscious presence)

Core of the Core Frequency: the natural tuning of the universe

Core of the Core Sense: Bright

Core of the Core Nature: Infinite

As you do your core value exercises and work through your guide on a regular basis you will develop more of a knowing of your energy system.  You will be using this consciousness more often in your every day life and perhaps using your guide less.  At this point you may find that your guide is more of a reference point rather than a tool.  This can change over time.  For example as you develop more self awareness each time you use your guide you will see more of yourself than before.

This is a common desire, but how people perceive you is out of your control.  When you pick your final core value that you wish to connect with during the core value exercise, focus on the desired feeling within that you are seeking.  If you picked courage, how are you wishing to feel?  Peace? Satisfaction? Calm?  If you pick courage and then look for the feeling of other’s approval for example, can you see how you are giving your power away to others?  If you are looking for peace within can you see how you are empowering yourself?  See the difference?

Resistance has a vibration that will keep a desire from manifesting.  By allowing this resistance to surface and expand you are consciously dissipating this energy and allowing it to leave your space.  This opens up space for the new to come in and you are on your way towards manifesting your heart’s desires.  Just like physical exercise there are uncomfortable feelings associated with exertion, but don’t you always feel better after and know that you are being good to yourself?  The key is to not let resistance dictate your choices or hold you back.

Yes, this is the easiest way to understand them.  For example if you are feeling too grounded and slow moving you could ask yourself the following:  If the soil in my garden is too hard and dense what could I do to make it lighter and more fertile? One way is to till the soil thus adding more air to it.  So energetically you could add more of the air element to your system.  Add more heart (which is at the sphere of air)  to all of your actions and /or enhance your relationships with yourself and others.  etc. etc.

This would be a good exercise to do.  Create a list of the values and feel them out for yourself.  The following is a list of how the core values feel to me at the present moment: appreciation-expansiveness, insightfulness-awe inspiring, neutrality-freeing, integrity-power, respectfulness-spacious, personal truths-liberating, trustworthiness-good, openness-happiness, kindness-sweet, compassion-liberating, empathy-connecting, faithfulness-encouraging, fidelity-encompassing, honesty-right, honor-good, understanding-satisfying, justice-compelling, perseverance-strength, resiliency-power, flexibility-empowering, allowing-flow, forgiveness-satisfying, releasing-challenging, courage-solid, personal boundaries-protection, patience-peaceful, humility-safety, supportiveness-growth, acceptance-freeing

Prana is radiant energy.  It is the life principle in the air and in the blood.  It is the breath of life in the body.  It is literally the “Manna” from heaven.  It can not be stored, but must be gathered anew, every morning and every moment, with every breath.  It is this radiant energy which keeps the body buoyant, vigorous and healthy. Prana is Nature’s mother that keeps the shell of matter pliable.  The more elasticity and pliability present in an organism, the greater the Prana contents.  That is the secret of “flaming youth” or the “fountain of youth”. The softness and tenderness of brain and nerve tissues are good examples.  All young life is extremely flexible and endowed with unusual energy to play and romp.  When the shell or body of matter gets too dense, too stiff and resistant to the subtle flow of life currents, then it starves for lack of Prana, and perishes.

-Dr. Randolph Stone, Creator of Polarity Therapy.

You may focus on a current challenge or with a goal or dream in mind you can anticipate a challenge in your mind and do the exercise.  This is actually a very powerful way to move forward in the right direction for yourself.  To prepare and anticipate challenges can often allow you to bypass them completely and give you more ease.

Age can reduce our ability to be “attractive”, but it does not need to decrease our ability to attract what we need to be joyful, purposeful and fulfilled. Keeping our inner core flowing with ease and vibrancy is key.

The following is a simple depiction of a planet’s core and creates a picture to consider in regards to one’s ability to attract  to themselves:  Once the core has solidified it can no longer generate a magnetic field. There may be some frozen in field, but I would guess that the strength of the magnetic field will decrease as more and more of the core freezes, so any residual field is likely to be small. The core of Mars is thought to be frozen and its magnetic field is negligible.

Look deep into nature, and then you will understand everything better.

-Albert Einstein (1879-1955) German theoretical physicist

It is also very interesting to note that there have been a number of “great” societies that have disappeared along with what it appears to be, the disappearance of their solid core values. The following comment sheds some light on the importance of the core and core values:

The Roman Empire was very, very much like us. They lost their moral core, their sense of values in terms of who they were. And after all of those things converged together, they just went right down the tubes very quickly.

-Benjamin Carson (1951-) American pediatric neurosurgeon

The needs and benefits of developing your own  extrasensory perception are many.  The ability to raise, relate to and love the “sensitives” (many of them labelled ADHD) demand this development in particular.  ESP or heightened clarity can be broken down into the “clair” gifts: claircognizance-clear knowing, clairvoyance – clear seeing, clairaudience – clear hearing, clairescence – clear smelling, clairgustance- clear tasting, clairsentience – clear feeling.

The beauty of the clair gifts is that you already have these sensitivities at the core of your being.  You simply need to uncover them.  This requires core energetic exercises to clear any blockages and to strengthen your inner core and to consciously engage in energy balancing to increase and smooth out the flow of your own life force energy.

It is good to focus on more than one energy sphere and the corresponding element.  The spheres are highly related and if you look to nature you can get clues.  For example, while you are amplifying the Ether Element through personal truths, you are creating more space for yourself and this in turn allows the other four active elements more space to flow/move.  You may be focusing on perseverance as well, which amplifies the energy of fire.  This energy may expand with more ease as a result of creating more space for yourself.

If you picture in nature that space has been created and a fire has begun you may find that you will be drawn to the element of water next, or the element of earth to contain this fire, or you might find yourself being drawn to the element of air which will actually fuel this fire.  You may start to see patterns and connections.  Always remember that the Universal Law of Engagement, as I term it, is always helping you to work towards balance within, or homeostasis.

Yes. Experiential is an engaged learning process whereby a person learns by doing and by reflecting on the experience. Energy awareness and renewal is much more than an intellectual exercise. In order to embody your truths one must be engaged in the learning process.  This is why The Core-Focused Renewal System and The Game of Substance are so effective and are unlimited in what they can offer to the participant.

The feelings that people have shared so far include: Ease, accomplishment, to be real, hope, peace, forward movement, softness, freedom, safe, good, upbeat, happiness, satisfaction, grounded…
The Core Perspective Self-Awareness Tools include:   Back to the Core Within Guidance Cards,  Back to the Basics Guide to Energy Awareness, Back to the Basics Workbook for Energy RenewalBack to the Basics Workbook for Core-Creating.

The Guidance Cards can be used on their own in order to open to the world of energy renewal or they may be omitted if children are not a major part of your life.  The Guidance Cards support self-reflection while honoring the pure essence of children.  Another supportive tool that is available is The 30 Day Inner Alignment (I.A.) Challenge.  The challenge puts the Core-Focused Renewal System into context and accelerates your experience of energy renewal and its effects.

An energetic block is created as unconscious patterns of thought and behavior become habitual or chronic.  We  all have blocks to work through, clear, or dissipate if we choose to move closer to our inner core and our authentic nature.  Moving through these blocks can be challenging, but well worth the effort.  The true clarity gained and the feelings of renewal are a resulting gift.

Mainstream Gold Self-Awareness Solutions includes tools and a framework for self-discovery.  This framework allows an individual to reconnect and awaken to the flow of their life force energy, their own true essence, and in a conscious and systematic way.  An individual can go at a pace that is suited to themselves and their current life situation. Much ease is created during the awakening process.

To manifest our desires ultimately means to grow within.  Sustainable growth requires a solid foundation within that flows with ease.  Growth requires that we stay connected to who we truly are.  Keep joyfully focusing on expanding your balanced inner core.  Take time to feel and see the manifestations appearing around you as a result.

Dissipating/clearing patterns will involve change in our lives.  Many of us fear change or think that change will involve too much effort.  We prefer sticking to our patterns even though they are creating dis-ease within our system and are reflecting in depleting ways in our lives.  When patterns are being dissipated openings are always being created for something new to come into our lives.  Choose wisely.

In its purest form to receive means that a heart’s desire has manifested.  In other words you have held the space that what you have wished for will come about.  You have not allowed negativity and or doubt to have set in that will interfere with this reception. In order to receive you must be in the receptive mode.  The receptive mode is activated when you are truly feeling good.  You can grow from this position.  Receiving “things” must not be confused with having things “handed” to you by others.  Take notice of the energetic charge, or uplifting feeling that you receive when your desires manifest.  This manifestation is always the icing on the cake.  The real prize is the increased level of depth perception gained that remains with you forever.

Every time you respond rather than react to outside influences you are growing and maturing.  The pain that you feel can be deemed as growing pains or labour pains.  Just allow this to exist and focus on your breath.  Deep breathing and allowing will help you move through these feelings which can be seen as an energy blocks being cleared.  You are actually changing patterns of behavior that no longer serve you and clearing/dissipating blocks so that your energy may flow with more ease.  You will also be gaining the gift of clarity as the clearing ensues.

To be love is to connect us to our inner core where we may find ease and vibrancy.  This place within is where true peace and freedom is found.

This should be one of the most natural things to do.  Being yourself requires courage because it often means that you create distance between yourself and others.  This is often temporary as you come to terms with any situation, but it can often be permanent as you grow apart.  The rewards always outweigh the costs and it takes courage to trust in this process.  This is a natural process, but our society focuses a lot more on conformity so we often lose touch with what is natural.

Vibrationally Speaking contains insights that have flowed to me over time, allowing truth and clarity to continually unfold and expand. The shared messages also include reflections and quotes from other seekers of truth. Exploring truth with greater clarity creates opportunities for growth and expansion, ease and vibrancy.

Tuning inward on a daily basis allows us to connect with the wonderful concept of conscious energy renewal. At the core of each and every one of us flows this “firm strand” of life force energy that has a certain unmistakable vibration of peace and power. As you go through your day take notice when you are veering away from your center. Notice the feelings that are not of this vibration, breathe deeply, allow them to dissipate/clear and keep moving forward. This process alone helps your energy to renew and for new insights to emerge helping to light your way.

But women need solitude in order to find again the true essence of themselves: that firm strand which will be the indispensable center of a whole web of human relationships

I want first of all…to be at peace with myself. I want a singleness of eye, a purity of intention, a central core to my life that will enable me to carry out…obligations and activities as well as I can.

– excerpts from the book:  Gift From the Sea, by Anne Morrow Lindbergh 1955

The vibration of stillness is neutral. Give your energy body time to relax and stretch by sitting in stillness throughout your day. Focusing on nice and slow cleansing breaths also helps set a relaxing tone. This creates a fertile “field” for good thoughts and feelings to flow.

If you always have done it that way, it is probably wrong.  -Charles Kettering

As we gently & persistently go about “weeding” our own inner garden by the roots we soon rediscover how beautiful, unique and colourful we truly are. Through energy awareness, balancing & renewal we are free to create the inner garden of our heart’s desire.

There are some beautiful quotes from the timeless book The Secret Garden written in 1910 by Frances Hodgson Burnet This are but a few…

If you allow thought patterns to linger that are not for your highest good it is like allowing the weeds in your garden to take hold.

One of the new things people began to find out in the last century was that thoughts-just mere thoughts-are as powerful as electric batteries-as good for one as sunlight is, or as bad for one as poison. To let a sad thought or a bad one get into your mind is as dangerous as letting a scarlet fever germ get into your body. If you let it stay there after it has got in you may never get over it as long as you live… surprising things can happen to anyone who, when a disagreeable or discouraged thought comes into his mind, just has the sense to remember in time and push it out by putting in an agreeable determinedly courageous one. Two things cannot be in one place.

Where you tend a rose, my lad, a thistle cannot grow.

For the feminine energy to “come alive” in this world that is still dominated by the masculine energies, woman of all ages need to discover who they truly are at the core and then bring this forth into the world. This does involve self-reflection without judgement and it does involve stepping into the unknown…it is lucky that women are naturally courageous.  As you become more aware of your core within and the flow of your own life force energy you will soon realize that it is well worth the effort!

Socrates believed that the purpose of human life was for personal and spiritual growth.

We are unable to grow toward greater understanding of our true nature unless we take the time to examine and reflect upon our life.  The unexamined life is not worth living.  -Socrates

The Key to Renewal & Self Mastery: Develop A Strong Inner core!

Inner core Muscles: diaphragm, transverse abdominus, multifidus, pelvic floor.

Inner core Energetics:  energy ovals, energy centers, chakras, central channel

Inner core Quality: stillness (equanimity)

Inner core essence: knowing (core values)

Core of the core Vibration & “Colour”: Om / Starlight (pure consciousness)

“The use of your strong centered self or core self to help elevate yourself and others is the opposite of being self-centered and failing to look inside ourselves, into our cores, for deeper meaning and guidance. We want to build our core to perform for specific purposes, to sustain higher levels of energy and well-being. If you are working for a higher purpose, it’s easier to focus on that as constant motivation. Unlike many people in our self-centered society, we each want to be a centered self, or core-centered, using these values as fuel for our daily lives and to obtain long-term goals.”

-excerpted from core Performance Essentials by Mark Verstegen and Pete Williams

Expanding on last week’s topic:  One simple way to tune inward & find your still point:  Stand in front of a mirror. Look directly at your face & notice your physical features without judgment …just notice.  Now turn your gaze just off to the side.  Your physical face in this position will be out of focus but still in your line of vision.  Breathe deeply as you sense where you are within yourself.  You may feel a slight pressure in your head. Remember to stay connected to the ground.  Practice going there…you will be consciously inviting insights to flow to you through your Crown chakra and central channel.

Another way is to look at a Magic Eye book.  The computer-generated illustrations draw the observer into a vivid, unexpected universe and hidden meaning.  It welcomes the observer into another dimension: a hidden dimension.  It reflects the practice of looking beyond the obvious into a more expanded world.  It helps a person to flow with the energy of inner attunement.

Genius means little more than the faculty of perceiving in an unhabitual way.   -William James

Expanding on last week’s topic:  One simple way to tune inward & draw Source Energy from our Earth Mother:  Connect to your pelvic floor muscles.  Ask Source Energy to flow to you from the crystalline core of Mother Earth.   Ask this energy to bring wisdom for your highest good.  Breathe deeply as you remain in a position of allowing.  You may notice some gentle heat permeating your body.  Practice going there…you will be consciously inviting wisdom to flow to you through your central channel…  as above so below.  Keeping the flow in balance.

Everything is alive — the reflections, the shadows, the sounds, the wind, the splash of the waves on the beach… And everything is communicating with us.  All we need to do is open up our receptors.

-Hawaiian Elders (Kupuna)

Smiling and laughing (especially at our own reactions) are two of the easiest and simplest ways to raise our overall vibration.  It is much easier to consciously clear heavy/dense energy when our dominant vibration is high!

Keep smiling, it makes people wonder what you’ve been up to.  -Anonymous

I’ve always thought that a big laugh is really a loud noise from the soul saying, ain’t that the truth. -Quincy Jones

Life force energy flows from within and without whether you are aware of it or not.  The health and the flow of this energy is in direct relation to how aware you are of how you are feeling in the present moment…know yourself.

To attain knowledge, add things every day.  To attain wisdom, remove things every day.  –Lao Tzu

Ask yourself this question:  What is your favorite TV channel, CNN, the Cooking Network… ?   Then ask yourself this question: Have you ever tuned into your Central Channel?  This is the quiet place inside full of ease.  As you consciously tune into this channel you may feel some “static”.  This is the heavy/charged energy that may be coming to the surface for you to consciously acknowledge and release without judgment.   As you do your “inner work” or fine tuning, it is like turning the dial on your radio. You will eventually connect with your channel that will be “music to your ears”.  Once you are tuned in then of course let the good vibes  flow.

It’s not about lack of action.  It’s about having action come from a quiet place inside.   -Ram Dass

The life force energy that flows through and around you needs to be consciously acknowledged and renewed on a daily basis to remain vibrant and healthy and in turn to maximize your overall health and well-being.  Throughout life we are often asked to grow to bring about renewal. This requires us to change patterns of thought and behavior that are no longer serving us. Vibrationally speaking these patterns of thought and behavior can be seen as energy blocks. The longer these patterns have been in place the bigger and heavier the blocks, but at the same time, the more potential energy that is being “held back”.

As you breathe through any uncomfortable feelings that growth and change bring about just keep in mind that the rewards are great to meet the level of inner work and challenge of renewal.  As your energy blocks are dissipated/cleared the energy that was once your “potential”, is converted into your expanded state of “success” and your enhanced level of health and well-being.

We all want more energy in our lives. The mere act of focusing some of your attention on your energetics system, your subtle body, will bring this about.  Respecting the comfort zones of others, as well as, your own brings forth growth, renewal and an enhanced flow of life force energy for all.

Prana is Nature’s mother that keeps the shell of matter pliable. The more elasticity and pliability present in an organism, the greater the Prana contents. That is the secret of “flaming youth” or the Fountain of Youth”.

-Dr. Randolph Stone, the great pioneer and healer

One powerful way to amplify the energy of your Earth element/Root chakra/red color energy is to be in acceptance of your own unique physical body.  Since the earth energy sphere governs your sense of smell, another great way to renew this energy sphere is to go out and smell not only the roses, but every other beautiful scent in the gardens around you.  A third great way is to enjoy the scent from all of your essential oils in all of your body care products & diffusers.  Building up your earth energy and connection to Mother Earth improves your overall satisfaction with life itself and enhances your own health and well-being in many ways.

Nature is, after all, the only book that offers important content on every page.

-Johann Wolfgang Von Goethe, (1749-1832) German poet, playright, novelist, scientist & statesman

You know you are connecting to the “Heart of the Earth” when you find yourself being kind and considerate even to the most “difficult” around you.  Learn to draw support from our “Earth Mother” by connecting to your pelvic floor and setting the intention to draw energy from the crystalline core of the Earth.  As you feel the heat from the core flowing through you, you will know that you have expanded your capacity to love & be loved that is coming from a place that is beyond yourself.

Love means to love that which is unlovable; or it is no virtue at all.   -G.K. Chesterton

Assertiveness always comes from the core of the individual.  It engages all of the major energy centers (or soul) & as such is a great exercise.

Assertiveness requires:  Self love – Base Vortex or connecting the surroundings of our core;  Being grounded with boundaries – Root Chakra or Earth Element; Being in touch with your own emotions – Sacral Chakra or Water Element; Taking action – Solar Plexus or Fire Element; Being open – Heart Chakra or Air Element; Speaking your truths – Throat Chakra or Ether Element; Seeing your truths – Third Eye Chakra or Brow Center; Living with purpose – Crown Chakra or enlightenment Center.

Try one act of assertiveness today & see how it engages your inner being.

Do you know what astonished me the most in the world?  The inability of force to create anything.  In the long run, the sword is always defeated by the spirit.  -Napoleon Bonaparte (at the end of his life)

The reason that most of us fear change is due to the fact that we have become increasingly disconnected from our true essence, our core within or our core energy body.  As we go through any changes, we instinctively need to know that the decisions that we are making  are our own and not to merely fulfill the “wants” of someone else.

As you learn to “tune inward” and connect with your subtle energy body, change will still be challenging, but you will learn to trust and listen to your own inner voice and “know” with confidence that the direction that you are choosing is what is best for you and your own health and well-being.  In time, who knows, we might all welcome change rather than fear it as it does bring with it much renewed energy.

Surely all art is a result of having been in danger.  Of having gone through an experience all the way to an end.  All beautiful things that come out of us, come out of our faith in change, the mystery of life.  -G.K. Chesterton

The flow of life force energy and solid core values go hand in hand. As you rediscover this “match made in heaven” you will begin to consciously create a beautiful framework for your life that you will be able to trust in completely. As a start I have matched one core value with a corresponding energy center. For example, as you increase your patience level you are amplifying your Root Chakra or your Earth Element or your grounding; Crown- appreciation; Third Eye-insightfulness; Throat – personal truths; Heart – openness; Solar Plexus – perseverance; Sacral – forgiveness; Root – patience; Base- acceptance.

If you act from your ego/immature (lesser developed) self, you are reducing the potential flow of your life force energy and reducing your potential health and well-being and of course your potential. For example, as you increase your fear level you are deactivating your Root Chakra/Earth Element/grounding. You are in effect beginning the process of disconnecting from your core, your center, your inner voice, your higher self, your internal compass in favour of increasing the dense matter of the pattern of trying to control the behavior of others rather than yourself.

As an example I have matched one control pattern to each energy center that deactivates rather than amplifies: Crown- intellectual thinking “inside the box”; Third Eye- narrow focus; Throat – words about “should’s and should not’s”; Heart – judging others/circumstances; Solar Plexus – giving up; Sacral – repression of hurt feelings; Root – impatience; Base-non-acceptance.

A friend is one to whom one may pour out all the contents of one’s heart, chaff and grain together, knowing that the gentlest of hands will take and sift it, keep what is worth keeping, and with a breath of kindness, blow the rest away. -Arabian Proverb

As you open your heart you are activating the Air element within your body.  The Air element governs movement in general.  As you focus on heartfelt qualities such as openness, kindness and compassion you are actually helping to move difficult feelings & situations through your system much faster and easier.

You can search throughout the entire universe for someone who is more deserving of love and affection than you are yourself, and that person is not to be found anywhere.  You yourself, as much as anybody in the entire universe, deserve your love and affection.  -The Buddha

If we are indeed shifting into a new world of balance and equality for all, then one must feel at home in the stillness of the center. It is in the center, or the core within, where peace resides. During each day try to take a moment to tune into your center (reading one Guidance Card is one easy way). Know by doing this that you are helping your energy body shift towards balance on the inside and helping your world shift towards equality on the outside.

In times of change, the learners will inherit the earth while the learned will find themselves beautifully equipped to deal with a world that no longer exists.   – Eric Hoffer, (1902-1983), Social philosopher & author

Once you get a handle on perceiving that you indeed have an energy body that seeks balance in each and every moment you will begin to understand that you are not in control of your life, but rather in charge of it.  You can either support your energy body’s natural need for balance or  ignore it in favour of what you “think” you want.  Many times they go hand in hand, but quite often they are at odds. The level of support vs ignoring will be reflected in your current level of health and well-being.

It is the commonest of mistakes to consider that the limit of our power of perception is also the limit of all there is to perceive.

– C.W. Leadbetter

To know what your heart desires is a challenge in and of itself.  To then be grounded enough to act upon this desire is once again a challenge in and of itself.  Combining this feminine heart felt sense with the masculine energy to act then requires the balanced state of allowing and this too is a challenge unto itself.  To gather enough heart and courage, strength and compassion and then surrender to the allowing and the unfolding?  Who said that life was meant to be easy?

To know what is important to you, to have a real sense of who you are and what would be deeply satisfying and archetypically true, is not enough.  You must also have the courage to act…courage is a willingness to act from the heart, to let your heart lead the way, not knowing what will be required of you next, or if you can do it. -Jean Shinoda

The vibration of control is heavy.  Control actually seeks to suck the life force right out of any situation.  Power on the other hand is the ability to engage life on your own terms and let the “chips fall where they may”.  The vibration of power is very balanced and balanced energy is very powerful.

Power is the ability to cause and receive change.  – John Locke, (1632-1704) English philosopher & physician

Mindful listening requires that as you listen to another you tune into your own system and see what energy center is being activated. If this energy center within yourself needs to be amplified you may feel some uncomfortable feelings within.  Always remember to breathe deeply and allow any heavy energy to be dissipated. A space will then be created for something new and you will be renewed in some small way. Always try to connect with this process when listening to others.  Also try to remember to look for signals and signs in your outside world that reflects this shift closer towards balance in your inside world. This is one important way to continue to move forward in your life in a balanced way and help others to do the same

But mindfulness is the aware, balanced acceptance of the present experience.  It isn’t more complicated than that.  It is opening to, or receiving the present moment, pleasant or unpleasant, just as it is, without either clinging to it or rejecting it.

The energy of love moves slowly, broadly and transparently.  Love is well defined and respects what is and what has come before us all.  The new/hopeful world which is growing is reflective of love.  Look for elements of love and engage. The world of love is expansive and creative for all concerned.

The ultimate goal of seeking self-awareness or energy awareness is to develop the ability to love yourself and others at higher and deeper levels.  There are as many ways to approach this goal as there are people.  Motivation that can be easily understood is key to the process.   I believe that many women can relate to the need to develop their ESP (extrasensory perception) so that they may have more true clarity in all aspects of their life.

The needs and benefits of developing your extrasensory perception are many.  The ability to raise, relate to and love the “sensitives” (their numbers are growing and are often labelled as ADHD and Autistic) demand this development in particular.  ESP or heightened true clarity levels can be broken down into the following “clair” gifts:  claircognizance-clear knowing; clairvoyance-clear seeing; clairaudience-clear hearing; clairescence-clear smelling; clairgustance-clear tasting; clairsentience-clear feeling.  The beauty of the clair gifts is that we already have this still point of view at the core of our being.  We simply need to uncover it.  This requires a commitment to consciously undertake core energetic exercises to clear blockages and to build a solid foundation/core within.  Conscious energy balancing increases and smooths out the flow of your own life force energy.

To have freedom is only to have that which is absolutely necessary to enable us to be what we ought to be, and to possess what we ought to possess. – I. Rahel

2 Energetic New Year’s Resolutions to Ponder:

RED ENERGY OR ROOT CHAKRA, EARTH ELEMENT, EARTH CENTER

I promise to love, honor and take care of my physical body and appreciate myself for who I am physically.  With the help of my RED energy I can manifest my desires into reality

PINK ENERGY OR BASE VORTEX

I promise to believe that all of my dreams and desires can come true.  I am committed to engaging with the pure love energy that surrounds me.  The pure love energy of the feminine, of our Earth Mother.  I promise to open my heart to the beauty within and around us.  I promise to love and accept myself and be compassionate to all.

Reinvent yourself.  Look at your highest self and reinvent yourself.  Be more audacious.  Be more energetic.  Be more caring.  Be more essential.  Never abstain from who you are when you are in the highest vibration that you can conceive.  Always continue to pursue the creativity you need to reinvent yourself.  Always. Always. Always.  -excerpt from The Book of light. Ask and Heaven will answer

Not everything that is faced can be changed.  But nothing can be changed until it is faced.  -James Baldwin

Lack of self-awareness, going through the motions of life creates dense energy.  Dense energy creates stagnation and disease.  To face yourself, is to know yourself, is to create movement, is to create renewal and wellness.  It truly is a matter of choice whether an individual agrees to look at themselves, take responsibility for their actions and circumstances, or to become a victim and continue to go through the motions, creating more and more dense energy.

Dense energy is as big a problem as is the overweight issue in the world.  It becomes more and more difficult for the high vibrational energy of many infants to feel comfortable around this growing density of our environment.  This is reflected in the growing number of children labelled as ADHD and Autistic.  Do yourself a great favour as well as doing a great favour for the children in your life and have the courage to face yourself and discover who you truly are.  Create renewal and high vibration energy for the benefit of all.  There will be less disease and more ease in life!  You are much more beautiful than you “think” you are.  Feel free.

Our emotions, how we are truly feeling in the present moment have a great power to reinvent or to deplete ourselves.  As I sit here dreaming about all of the possibilities that will be open to us in 2014 I can’t help but be very grateful for the development of my conscious awareness of the importance of ongoing self-reflection.  As we become more self-aware we become more in touch, or in tune with how we feel about all things.  This is such an important awareness of manifestation.  How would you like to feel in 2014?  Try certain things on for size such as how would you feel if you knew you had $50,000 available to you in your bank account?  I have become aware that as I move closer to my core I can sense the feelings with much more clarity and power.  During the years that I was intrenched in dissipating/clearing patterns of behavior, I could not feel this emotion as clearly.  My first reaction may have been to state ya that would be nice, but how could I earn that kind of extra money?  Or I might find myself saying “oh I would just love that”.  These reactions were coming from a position of being far from believing of this ever happening.  Spend some time observing how attaining your desires would make you feel and just enjoy the feeling without expectations.  You can then begin to understand the difference between the reaction and the experience.

One of my new years resolutions is to notice how I feel about the present moment and my desires and dreams.  Do they feel real or do they feel distant.  I will continue to do my inner work, my self-reflection until my dreams feel real enough to become my reality.  I will trust in the present moment and the unfolding.

If one fully understands the present moment, there will be nothing else to do and nothing else to pursue.  Live being true to the single purpose of the present moment.

-Tsunetomo Yamamoto

As we focus on strengthening and expanding our inner core, we create within ourselves a place of peace which we can go to at any time. At the edges of this peace within, I have noticed that I can connect to and energize the cells of my physical body. This is the deep place within where energy meets matter.

The biophysicist, Joyce Whiteley Hawkes describes this “innate healing ability” as cell-level healing. I also like to refer to it as cell-level rejuvenation.  With a vibrant inner core that flows with ease, combined with meditation and visualization we are able to consciously recharge and rejuvenate ourselves from within. This is a natural process, but as we engage the complexities of life, consciously supporting this process is most beneficial.

Hundreds of years ago the poet Rumi put words to the mystery of the interconnectedness of soul and body or in other words energy and cells, when he wrote, “Soul, a moving river. Body the river bed.” Cell-level healing and rejuvenation occurs at this interface of energy and cells. To reach this deep place within one must know of the river (energy) and the river bed (physical body). The key to the river is to maintain its free flowing nature. The key to the river bed is to maintain its healthy composition.

The basics of maintaining a healthy physical body include a balanced diet with herbs & spices, good sleep, clear drinking water, fresh air and moderate exercise with stretching. How we engage this balance is a matter of conscious choice in the “modern world”.  The basics of maintaining a free flowing energy body include engaging our main energy spheres in a balanced way through connecting to core values, meditation, visualization, crystals, aromas, colors, sounds/chanting and positive affirmations. How we engage this balance is a matter of conscious choice in the “aware world”.

If you want to get from “here to there” keep putting one foot in front of the other. Never give up…keep moving forward.  Enjoy each part of the journey no matter how tough.  Most of the learning needed to get from “here to there” requires the tough moments…the pressure moments in order to self-reflect and grow.
