There are 60 cards in the deck. Each card measures 3 1/2"w x 5"h. Included is a card describing a basic exercise for using the cards and a card offering three important tips that are effective when interrelating with children.

These cards are a proven tool to help foster self-care and self-reflection when parenting and care-giving in particular. They offer self-reflection while honoring the pure essence of children. Heightened self-awareness is especially valuable when caring for children with heightened sensitivities often seen as disruptive or withdrawn. Enjoy deepening the connection to your own "inner child"/inner self as well.
