If we are indeed shifting into a new world of balance and equality for all, then one must feel at home in the stillness of the center. It is in the center, or the core within, where peace resides. During each day try to take a moment to tune into your center (reading one Guidance Card is one easy way). Know by doing this that you are helping your energy body shift towards balance on the inside and helping your world shift towards equality on the outside.
