The opportunity of consciously staying in your core within through connecting to the flow of core consciousness is a golden one!  The Core Perspective - A Framework For Self-Discovery is utilized that includes two components/self-awareness tools that compliment each other. They are: The Core Perspective - Game of Substance and The Core-Focused Renewal System. This framework offers an experiential approach to deeper self-awareness and energy renewal in everyday life that goes way beyond a purely intellectual exercise.

The Core Perspective-A Still Point of View is the additional self-awareness tool.  This book offers an insightful overview and is intended to be used as an ongoing reference point.
