Is there another way to say land on a pattern?

Yes, it is more descriptive to so say that a pattern has come up for you or has arisen to be acknowledged and dissipated.  The patterns hold density levels of 1,2, or 3.  This density means that they have been in your system for quite some time.  The patterns indicate what core values are required to dissipate them.  If you already have the core values in your energetic mix you are able to dissipate them with ease.  If you don't have the core values, the patterns remain in your energetic mix waiting to be dissipated.  You are now conscious of the pattern that no longer serves you and can feel the weight of carrying the pattern around with you.
