You know you are connecting to the "Heart of the Earth" when you find yourself being kind and considerate even to the most "difficult" around you.  Learn to draw support from our "Earth Mother" by connecting to your pelvic floor and setting the intention to draw energy from  the crystaline core of the Earth.  As you feel the heat from the core flowing through you, you will know that you have expanded your capacity to love & be loved that is coming from a place that is beyond yourself.
