Mindful listening requires that as you listen to another you tune into your own system and see what energy center is being activated. If this energy center within yourself needs to be amplified you may feel some uncomfortable feelings within.
Always remember to breathe deeply and allow any heavy energy to be dissipated. A space will then be created for something new and you will be renewed in some small way. Always try to connect with this process when listening to others.
Also try to remember to look for signals and signs in your outside world that reflects this shift closer towards balance in your inside world. This is one important way to continue to move forward in your life in a balanced way and help others to do the same.
