Once you get a handle on perceiving that you indeed have an energy body that seeks balance in each and every moment you will begin to understand that you are not in control of your life, but rather in charge of it. You can either support your energy body's natural need for balance or ignore it in favour of what you "think" you want. Many times they go hand in hand, but quite often they are at odds. The level of support vs ignoring will be reflected in your current level of health and well- being.
